Terms of Service (AGB)

These terms govern your use of Traveldex, an early-beta travel-organizing service operated by Eduardo de Magalhães. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Traveldex helps you organize travel bookings by parsing forwarded emails, uploaded documents, and free-text descriptions into itineraries. It is provided "as is", currently as a free, invite-based beta, without guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability. Automated parsing (including AI-based parsing) can make mistakes — always double-check critical travel details (times, confirmation numbers) against your original booking.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit. Don't use Traveldex for unlawful purposes or to submit content you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's private booking details without their consent).

Beta status

Traveldex is in active early development. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and we may need to pause or discontinue the service. We'll try to give notice where reasonably possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traveldex and its operator are not liable for losses arising from missed flights, incorrect itinerary data, or service downtime. You remain responsible for verifying your own travel arrangements independently of what Traveldex shows.

Termination

You may stop using Traveldex and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
